All Dark

Good day, bloggers,

You will see A bit of new autumn pieces that I have purchased in Glasgow. Seems like so many things to buy but when I finish browsing all store I end up with 3 things hanging on my arm. To be honest, this autumn boohoo 70`s look is not my type so it is easy to eliminate many things when I go shopping now. Anyway, since I had a bit of new clothing and a bit of time I took some pictures in my current location - Edinburgh. I will try to make one more post before I leave to England on 21St of September.

Thank you for your attention, guys,

Here to say "Congratulations"

Back after a while again.

LT

`My weird language in English: On a Saturday I had a chance to attend beautiful wedding in Lithuania of Simona Kniazevaite and Adas Juskevicius. Because it has been ages since my last post, I taught it`s a great opportunity to show what was I wearing to wedding, as well as my brothers wife. I think it`s easy to make a mistake when dressing up for a wedding because you can easily overdress or underdress in some cases. Clothes I was wearing I picked kinda on a spot (this is usually the best way). Anyways, visuals will explain more, brands and prices below.`

My clothes:
Pullover- River Island - £30
Trousers - ASOS - £20
Heeled Sandals - New Look £23
Handbag - Accessorize - £38

Vaida(brothers wife)
Dress - ASOS - £45
Heels - CAN`T REMEMBER!

Bride:
Dress - Airida Skrickiene

Day in Mouldy Back garden

Waiting for upcoming spring.Nothing special , just again , my beloved and mouldy back garden , basically melted snow and some clothing that I am looking forward to wear in spring or whenever winter is going to be away. Just to make a point over here, don`t be shy people to pop into charity shops (nobody cares anyway, so stop pretending to be some posh royalty) , because they usually have some good stuff and you will donate some money for a good cause as well e.g. women who has breast cancer, people in Ebola crisis etc. I`ve got this coat for £14 in charity shop (I saw literally the same one in ASOS for around £70) << That is just a label and brand trust. As well as, explore other sources for shopping , not just the names you know. This Bomber Jacket is from Vintage shop called "Wanderland" for £30 .I managed to get it during those free 30 minutes when I was working in Clothes Show Live.p.s Really nice girls work over there. Jeans , nothing special- Primark. Although ripped it myself (That`s what I do with all my jeans). So for the last , shoes and shirt is my purchase from trip in New York. Shirt - H&M $7 and shoes- Forever 21 $25. To sum up, be creative when you go shopping because you will end up wearing same stuff like half of the women in your area.

New York, New York....

So recently I had a trip to New York .. I though since I write life style and `fashion` blog, I have to mention this trip. There is no way I can describe it one word or three. Always watched movies , where I could see all those tall buildings, rushing poeple, expensive shops, yellow taxis, upper east side houses and so on, and so on... And now I had  a chance to see everything with my own eyes. Not everything is as gorgeous as it looks like in movies, and surely not everybody is as fashionable as I thought they might be. Well, winter season is not a best season to dress fashionably, since everybody is trying to layer them selves up to avoid cold. As well as, we had a chance to be in the middle of the amazingly cold Blizzard.(Horribly cold, but had to ignore it and trip in New York anyways, couldn`t waist a day staying in the hotel).

Reason why we went to New York was meetings in variaty of companies. You may recall some of the names, but some not(becouse of blizzard we had some changes in our schedule as well). Hat Attack, Macy`s , Wilson Retail, Bottomless closet, Anthropologie , Lencing etc. I am just gonna point out some things from my stay in New York . I am not going to flood with all experience that I had , couse in that case I might as well start writing a book. There might be some tips as well, that I have learned myself i guess.

Brooklyn Bridge . Thet`s where you can see it all. Manhattan , Statue of Liberty, Manhattan Bridge, Brooklyn ....

Don`t be lazy. Go to central Park. It`s massive but worth seeing it. If you can, why not walk on the bridges;)

Go to Metropolitan Museum , ITS FREE. If you have a big heart aand money , you can pay 20$, but you don`t have to...
Browse, read. You`ll find amazing pieces in there, some of them worth stealing...

When travelling metro, make sure you are in the right place and going the right way, couse they are confusing and there`s soo many ways you can go. P.S. Don`t trust everybody when you ask which train to take, couse they may not know them selves, which is the reason why you may end up in Brooklyn instead of Manhattan. Be aware, fellas.p.s. once you pass the entrance , you can`t get back for another 18minutes, be sure you`re going the right way ;)

Enjoy your evenings :)

Don`t wear heels if you`re trippn` back and forward :) p.s not that much of a pleasure walking back

FOOOOOD. TRY IT ALL. All of us has gained at least a lit bit of waight but it was worth it. Go to restaurants just for a couple of days, couse you might be broke soon. Don`t forget about taxes and minimum 15% tips, which makes a lot more than your actual meal costs.. This is an amazing Italian restaurant , where we were served by friendly, Italian owner . Pizza was amazing , buuuut .....see below

......you can always get Pizza for 1$. no taxes, no tips, just 1$. As simple as it is, as tasty as any other. Good way to save up your money ...

Madisson Squere Garden. Thinking of going to see the games? Don`t buy a ticket in advance. Get it on the game day, you`ll save at least half of a price (y)

IIIIf you are under 21, don`t even try to go out, couse nobody will let you in. And if you are, make sure you know WHERE you going , couse you`re gonna end up paying 30$ for taxi driver because he was driving around Manhattan looking for a club that probbaly doesn`t even exist anymore!!! :)) Oh , and prices are high as ..... having enough money is  a priority (that`s where I made a mistake . ha ) . Anyways, with all the issues it was a good 21st :)

`Posh back garden Life`

Simplicity - might be the word. Nothing colourful , no exciting shapes, just good old black & brown. All stuff is pretty much old , so this is the result of me- trying to put`em together and try something that could apply for A2014 and what I generally like. As I mentioned before , I am into this clean cut , simplicity , a lit bit muscular shapes in clothing. IF i`d have enough money I would definitely shop in Acne or COS , or I`ve just recently found House Of Funny - they have that easy colour palette, simple shapes, cleanness in their products. Prices vary and there some things that even a student can afford.Well, I said ONE DAY I`ll be able to afford all that sort of stuff(hopefully).

Anyway , what I am wearing in this posh photo shoot in this luxurious back garden is clothes that I owe for a while or is not even mine! Black pants Ive got them from Primark because I had to get black ones for work(that was back in the days when I lived in Edinburgh), Jumper is from Matalan for like 10£, the funny thing is that basically same kind of jumper in let`s say ZARA costs from 50£ ... lucky me I`d say. Coat is from ZARA kids , which I stole from my brothers wife , so as the white Folli Follie watch.. I don`t really like those shoes anymore but since you can really see them , it went well (It`s a copy of Jeffrey Campbell studded heeled boots from E-bay). So for the last- my bag is from Mango , which I got in Glasgow , around 5 yrs ago and this hat belongs to my amazing roommate , who did this professional back garden photo shoot(applause's for her)

Quite many visual for such OOTD, but oh well..

Thanks

Stay Trendy with Primark

Quick overview of Primark merchandise.

I think you`ve noticed before that I am a little bit into Primark since it`s one of the cheapest brands and affordable for students, as me. This brand is doing a great job keep`n up with all trends for autumn and upcoming winter. People who properly try to follow trends , they check trend forecasting websites, read magazines etc. This data is from really reliable source- WGSN. According to upcoming fashion trends, that is what Primark has to offer for this season. So if it`s a low price brand it doesn`t mean that they merchandise will be untrendy or bad quality. It`s just a case, that half of my UNI girls wears same stuff from Primark... Bugger .. So for now I try to look for more original stuff in vintage shops/markets or not so popular online shopping websites .

Check the visuals and stay trendy cheaper.
